As part of the People Team at Sky Mavis, you will primarily focus on recruiting top talent while supporting a variety of HR initiatives that enhance employee experience. What You'll Do

Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.

Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, leveraging AI-powered tools where appropriate to improve efficiency and quality.
