Your Purpose

As the Stablecoin Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of Bitso's mission to revolutionize finance in Latin America through cutting-edge cryptocurrency solutions. In this pivotal role, you will drive the operational excellence of our stablecoin ecosystem, managing critical processes from minting and redemption of the stablecoins we issue to fiat operations with key banking partners. You'll leverage innovative technologies like Fireblocks, along with our own infrastructure, to ensure secure, efficient, and scalable operations. Head of Stablecoins

Who You Are

Proven experience (5+ years) in financial operations, with a focus on cryptocurrency or stablecoin operations.

Demonstrable expertise in managing digital asset custody solutions, specifically Fireblocks, including policy configuration and operational workflows.

Strong understanding of fiat currency transfer protocols and banking operations, with a proven ability to manage relationships with banking partners.

Experience in overseeing complex, automated systems and processes, with a focus on maintaining operational integrity, driving efficiency and identifying areas for optimization.
