Our Hong Kong TA team is looking to welcome a new team member to partner directly with senior business leaders on mid to senior-level hiring across APAC. These are complex, high-stakes searches where your judgment has real organisational impact. • Advise hiring managers and stakeholders as a subject matter expert on the APAC talent market
• Drive direct sourcing and headhunting efforts, owning requisitions from brief to close
• Build and execute innovative talent attraction and pipeline development strategies
• Own the end-to-end candidate experience as a core part of your recruitment practice
