Hundreds of companies, from the world's largest enterprises like Sony, Coinbase, Kraken, Uniswap, OKX, and Bitpanda to the most ambitious early-stage builders, use the OP stack to launch their own blockchains and bring their users onchain. Today, over 65% of Layer 2 activity on Ethereum runs through the OP stack.

About the role

We're looking for a Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring across technical and non-technical functions. You'll operate independently on important work, partner with hiring managers across Engineering, Product, GTM, and Ops, and proactively spot and close gaps in how we hire. This isn't a process-following role — it's for someone who raises their hand when something needs doing and makes it happen.
