About The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior PMO / Project Manager, Paid Ads to join our CEO Office. This is a high-impact, end-to-end role that sits at the intersection of paid media intelligence and execution — covering OKX's markets globally. You will own the full loop: identifying growth problems through data, diagnosing root causes within the paid ads channel, shaping recommendations, and driving outcomes through cross-functional execution in partnership with our Global Paid Ads business team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Growth (Paid Ads) Analytics & Insight

Monitor core paid media / growth metrics across global markets, proactively identifying anomalies, trends, and emerging opportunities.

Conduct structured root-cause analysis on paid ads / growth performance — moving beyond data description to diagnosis: why did this happen, and what should we do about it.
