As a Senior Operations Manager, you have a real chance to shape the operations network in your region from end to end: identifying the right production partners, bringing them onto GelatoConnect, and raising the bar on availability, speed, quality, and selection with every partner you add.
This is a role designed to stretch your leadership and analytical capabilities. You see the whole picture and you have the influence to improve it, working across the full partner lifecycle:
You will work closely with Product, Commercial, and supply chain teams to connect strategy to execution, using GelatoConnect as the backbone for how your region operates and scales. You will see the end-to-end picture, and you will have the influence to move it.
You have a start-up mentality and love digging in to find the root cause of a problem. You are a customer-obsessed problem solver who enjoys working directly with customers and partners. You are internally motivated, thrive in a fast paced environment, and are comfortable owning an outcome end to end. You can challenge the status quo, and you work closely with our Product and Tech teams, bringing what you learn from customers and partners back into the business so you have a direct path to shaping how the product and partner experience evolve.
